What follows will be progress observations and comments on “activities” intended to reflect on improvements, trials and tribulations

  • CYCLING

Getting progressively better – within the first year was able to do 100 miles, in one very long ride but less than 10 hours.

  • RUNNING

A long time ago, early 80’s – I did long runs along the beach in SE Florida.

Recently, with some special assistance, I have a chance to try to rebuild that interest and enjoyment.
